Order Processing

- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon-Fri) ship the same day.

- Processing Time: Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates (USA)

- Standard Ground (3-5 Business Days): FREE on orders over $50. ($5.99 flat rate for orders under $50).

- Expedited (2-Day Air): $15.00 flat rate.

- Overnight: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

International Shipping We currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom.

- Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. Technovan does not collect these at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages Technovan is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but missing. We recommend selecting "Signature Required" shipping for orders over $500.
