Refund policy

Overview at Technovan, we want you to love your tech. If you aren't completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Condition of Returns

- Unopened Items: Full refund.

- Opened Items: Must be in "like-new" condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories (chargers, cables).

- Damaged Items: If an item is returned damaged due to user misuse, we reserve the right to deny the refund or charge a repair fee.

Restocking Fees To keep our prices low, the following fees apply to opened items that are not defective:

- 15% Restocking Fee: Applies to Laptops, TVs, Monitors, and Drones.

- No Fee: Applies to Smartphones, Cables, and Cases.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and licensing reasons, the following cannot be returned if opened:

- In-ear headphones (e.g., TechnoBuds).

- Software or downloadable products.

- Gift Cards.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@technovan.com with your Order ID (e.g., #TNV-1001) and the reason for the return.

2. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label.

3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any FedEx or UPS location.

Refunds Once received and inspected (typically within 3 business days of arrival), your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to post the funds.
