How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer 2-Day Air for a flat rate of $15.
How long will it take to get my order?
Standard Ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you place your order before 2 PM EST, it ships the same day!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Canada and the UK. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship primarily via FedEx and UPS to ensure your electronics arrive safely.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! If you are local to San Francisco, you can select "Store Pickup" at checkout and collect your item at our suite on 400 Tech Plaza.
2. Returns FAQs
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in "like-new" condition with all original packaging.
Is there a fee for returning items?
If the item is opened, a 15% restocking fee applies to Laptops, TVs, and Drones. There is no fee if the item is unopened or defective.
Can I return the TechnoBuds or other earphones?
For hygiene reasons, in-ear headphones (like TechnoBuds) cannot be returned once the packaging is opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I start a return?
Please email our support team at support@technovan.com with your Order ID (e.g., TNV-1001) to request a Return Authorization.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
3. Product FAQs
Are the Technovan Z-Phones unlocked?
Yes, both the Technovan Z-Phone Pro and Lite 5 are sold fully unlocked and work with major carriers like Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T.
Is the AeroFit Sport Watch waterproof?
Yes, it has a 5ATM water rating, meaning it is suitable for swimming and showering, but not for deep-sea diving.
Does the Vortex Raider laptop come with Windows installed?
Yes, the Vortex Raider comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Home.
Can I use the "Reference Open-Back X" headphones in a library?
We don't recommend it. As "open-back" headphones, they leak sound significantly. They are designed for private studio mixing, not quiet public spaces.
Does the UltraView 55" TV support the PS5 or Xbox Series X?
Absolutely. It features HDMI 2.1 ports, which support 4K gaming at 120Hz, making it perfect for next-gen consoles.
4. Warranty FAQs
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Technovan-branded products come with a 1-year limited warranty. Third-party items (like Sony or Vortex) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty.
Do you offer extended warranties?
Yes, you can purchase TechnoCare protection within 60 days of buying your device to extend coverage up to 3 years.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately! Send a photo of the damage and your Order ID to support@technovan.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement.
5. Support FAQs
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order before 2 PM EST on the day it was placed. Once the order status changes to "Processing" or "Shipped," we cannot cancel it, but you can return it after delivery.
Do you offer technical support for setup?
We offer basic setup advice for Technovan products. For complex troubleshooting on third-party items (like the Vortex Raider), we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly.
